Service Description

This service will have 4 Steps: 1. Pre-Assessment: This will be done to ensure this therapy is appropriate for you. A link will be sent to you prior to your scheduled appointment with your Nurse. 2. Nurse Check In: This will be an in-person check in with your nurse to ensure you will be able to safely self administer the medication and answer any questions you have regarding your treatment. 3. Provider Consultation: This will be a telemedicine visit with a certified medical professional to get a prescription created and appropriate program and dosage plan designed for you. 4. Medication Ordering: Once you have completed step 3, your nurse will be notified of your prescription and order your medication. This will be shipped right to you and you will be able to start your treatment as soon as it arrived. *Please be advised your first month of medication can take up to 14 days to arrive to your door*
